Craig Mann

Craig Mann is a Senior Manager in the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Group with extensive experience in construction progress billing and accounting for large-scale projects. His project accounting experience includes commercial buildings, residential buildings above 30 stories, hospital renovations and generator upgrades, modular high-rise construction, educational facilities expansion and Integrity Oversite Monitoring of public transit clients devastated by Superstorm Sandy. He regularly evaluated CCIP, OCIP insurance, and billing calculations and managed certified payroll entry and compliance within projects requiring certified payroll.

Craig’s has audit management experience in the electrical distribution supply chain for construction projects, clients, and contractors in the national markets and experience for supply chain logistics management on a national level. While managing various large-scale construction projects, Craig regularly performed cost validation testing, monitored, and assessed change orders, and analyzed damage claims related to cost overruns, defects in design, extra work, delay, acceleration, lost productivity, and additional field and home office overhead expenses. Craig has investigated fraud allegations for private clients. He has submitted cases with the FBI, which resulted in multiple prosecutions and convictions. Craig also has been part of a successful global ERP implementation while in an Internal Audit role.

Prior to joining the firm, Craig worked was a Project Accountant for one of the largest domestic contractors in the U.S and managed various large-scale construction projects, investigated fraud allegations for private clients and performed cost validation testing, monitored and assessed change orders, and analyzed damage claims related to cost overruns, defects in design, extra work, delay, acceleration, lost productivity.

Craig also spent two enlistments tours in the United States Marine Corps as a Helicopter Mechanic, with several deployments to the Persian Gulf. SPECIALTIES
